Deliveries and Returns

NEW ZEALAND

Yes! Homelandz couriers products to ALL places in NZ .

Delivery - ONLY $6.00* NZ WIDE!   Courier delivery between 2-5 working days from order.
No weekend deliveries

Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier or freight company. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery of your courier goods, and 3-7 days for freighted goods. A dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched. We will keep you updated at every step during order fulfillment. Homelandz goal is to be able to deliver the exact product in the exact quantity with the exact quality that the customer needs exactly when its needed.

Delivery to outlying Islands will incur additional freight costs:

Such as Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands and Stewart Islands.  Delivery Cost to these Islands are $25 per carton/box on courier.  Alternatively you can choose to have the product delivered to a friend OR care of a Post Haste Depot on the Mainland for yourself to collect, if you wish only to pay the $6 Freight. Customer Services will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if there are additional costs.

Shed delivery costs -  Delivery is NOT included to the Outer Islands.  
                                        To ship to Waiheke Island, please add an extra $300 per shed.
                                        To Stewart Island add an extra $200 per shed

Orders delivered in 10 working days from order.

Postage from $15.00 per order

Postage costs - $15 up to 2kg, $25 up to 5kg, $40 up to 10kg and $70 up to 20kg

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be delivered in 10 working days, usually before, you will be sent a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress.

Do I have to sign for my order?

Yes, a signature is required for all deliveries.

Are there any products that aren't able to be sent to AU? Yes, due to cost of sending products some that are larger in weight and size aren't available to our AU customers. Any that have an AU tag on it are available.

Will I have to pay Customs Fees or Duties? Orders over AU $1000 may attract import duties when entering Australia. You are best to visit www.border.gov.au to check the governments requirements.

Are prices on your website shown in NZ dollars? All prices on www.homelandz.co.nz are available in NZ dollars this includes shipping charges.

How can I work out the exchange rate between AU & NZ dollars? Many website offer this service, www.themoneyconverter.com/NZD/AUD.aspx

What happens if I received my order damaged?  Please contact ask@homelandz.co.nz with a photo of the damage and await further communication.

Id like to return the item I purchased. How will I do this? If you have changed your mind about an item, as long as its unused and in its original packing, you can return it to us for a credit or refund You will be required to pay any postage costs involved in returning the item to us.

 We make it easy – if you’re not happy, just follow the process below:

All our products are thoroughly tested & scrutinized. If however you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 10 days from the purchase date, provided it is unused in the original packaging.  Homelandz will accept returns for the following scenarios:

  •          Notified within 10 days from order.
  •          Return freight is covered by customer
  •          Homelandz will not accept items sent back to stock if our team have not been notified beforehand.
  •          If returns are in a state of unacceptable quality due to misuse or not in accordance to manufactures instructions the return could be void.

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to Homelandz to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.
